POLICY

All 1-tier customized cake orders must be placed 2 weeks in advance (birthday, weddings, baby showers, etc)

All 2 & 3 Tier customized cake orders must be placed 4 weeks in advance ( birthday, wedding, baby shower, etc)

Please note that an inquiry is NOT a booking. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit is made. If a deposit is not made the *DATE is not confirmed.

To confirm your order, a 50% deposit is required. Please be advised that we do not offer cash refunds. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and all payments can be transferred to a future order within a 6-month period. After this period, any remaining credit will be forfeited.
